Some are short, some make you work for it — but the reward is always worth it. • The area is usually uneven, rocky, and slippery, so sturdy shoes are a must (sorry… heels won’t work in these areas😬) • Waterfall spots are limited in space, which makes them perfect for just the two of you or a very small group (usually around 5–8 people, depending on the waterfall and any restrictions). • Some waterfalls sit in darker areas, so knowing the right time of day (and the spot) matters • Also waterfalls are loud — perfect if you want a spot where you can hear just each other 😜 • Spring is our favorite season, but some waterfalls look amazing year-round (it also depends on how much rain we get). • Plan extra time for photos — moving around rocks always takes longer.
