Camping Waterfall Elopement in Tennessee
Sarah & David
Sarah and David wanted their wedding day to feel like them — simple, adventurous, and surrounded by nature. Instead of a big traditional wedding, they packed up their gear, set up camp, and chose to exchange vows in one of the most beautiful spots around: a secluded waterfall.
The day started at their campsite, complete with a cozy tent and hammock tucked under the trees. This was the perfect setting for their first look — relaxed, intimate, and full of those real emotions that make elopements so special.
After taking in the quiet moments at camp, we hiked out to the waterfall for their ceremony. With the sound of rushing water in the background and just the two of them present, it couldn’t have been more meaningful. The setting was wild, peaceful, and unforgettable — exactly what Sarah and David envisioned when they decided to elope.
Once they returned to camp, the celebration continued with a sweet cake-cutting at the picnic table. It was simple and heartfelt — just the two of them, sharing a quiet moment and a slice of cake surrounded by the forest.
These are the kinds of days we love capturing: full of adventure, love, and intentional choices. Scroll through their gallery to see more of their beautiful campsite first look, waterfall vows, and cozy post-ceremony celebration.
