Adventure Vow Renewal at Cades Cove in The Smoky Mountains

Rachel & Jess had a traditional wedding but they wanted to renew their vows in their own way. These two adventurous souls first met while camping, ain't that cool? They are all about the outdoors, camping, and hiking adventures. That’s why they were looking for an adventure experience at the Smokies. When they reached out to me with the idea of exchanging vows in the cool spot of the Smoky Mountains, combined with a hiking adventure, I couldn't contain my excitement!

We started early in the morning at their camping side with some coffee and getting ready photos, then ww started our hike. Jess already knew a hike that they wanted to do. We found a pretty spot for the first look and continued the adventure around Cades Cove. Then they wanted to do a “private ceremony” in the middle of the woods and put their rings on again. It was just beautiful!

It was such an amazing experience and talking with Rachel, she told me that she really wanted to elope but they couldn't at that time because they had family with whom they wanted to celebrate as well. They were so happy to do this and after every photo they were like ‘This is so us’. This is the amazing part of renewing your vows because you can revive that moment in your own way!
