We’ll hop on a Zoom call to chat about your vision and help you pick the perfect date for your elopement. Since we’re locals, we can give you the inside tips on the best timing and the best areas for exactly what you’re looking for.
2. We’ll Assist You in Planning Your Day
From your questionnaire to our Elopement Guide and a custom location map, we’ll be with you every step of the way to help put everything together.
The first thing you’ll get from us is a quick questionnaire so we can get to know you two better and understand your vision. That way, we can design an elopement experience that’s truly yours.
We’ll put together the best location options in a custom map just for you two—spots we’ve been to, know well, and think will fit your vision perfectly. Each location comes with all the details you need, like trail info, hike length, exact location, and more.
Then we’ll hop on a quick zoom call to answer any questions you have about your location options so you can pick the perfect one for you.
3. We’ll Help You With Permits And Marriage License
We’ll guide you through permits and how and where get your marriage license, we’ll also send you a list of awesome local vendors.
4. We’ll Create A Timeline For Your Day
Once you’ve picked your location and lodging, we’ll put together a couple of timeline options for you to choose from. We’ll work with you to make your day exactly how you’ve been dreaming—using our experience to get the best light, timing, and enough space to actually enjoy your day without feeling rushed. We’ll also plan a backup just in case the weather decides to surprise us!
5. We’ll Document Every Single Bit Of Your Day!
The day you’ve been dreaming and planning for is finally here, and we’ll be there to capture every moment! Don’t worry—this won’t feel like a long, stiff photoshoot. This is your wedding day, and our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and actually enjoy it. We’ll guide you with natural poses, document all the adventures, and at the end, make it official by signing your marriage license!
6. Sneaks Peeks And Gallery Delivery
We know how excited you’re going to be after marrying your best friend and having such an epic day! Within 48 hours, we’ll send you 10–15 sneak peeks so you can relive the moments and share the news with family and friends. Your full gallery of high-resolution photos will be ready within 6 weeks, and your film will be delivered within 10 weeks.

We’ll document your entire experience, giving you the freedom to slow down and truly enjoy your day. These 12 hours can be used in a way that fits your vision best and can be split across two days (like 4 + 8 hours or 2 + 10 hours).
One day can be just for the two of you—think a canoe or kayak date, a laid-back session, or exploring another stunning location. The other day can focus on the full elopement experience, from getting ready to your ceremony and adventure.

Includes Travel Within 2 hours of Maryville, TN
This package is only available for locations within about 2 hours of Maryville, TN, such as spots in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or the Chattanooga area.
Coming from out of state we were very nervous about this experience but this was best decision we could have made from the first video call thru the hole experience was just amazing!! The recommendations made were of the absolute best. They were just excited to help us with a location we picked they did scouting and we all absolutely loved the choice. Our day started in a not perfect way by any means but they did everything in there power to make it the best when the park was shut down Ethan quickly pulled out his hiking app and found a new way even tho this was 4 miles thru the rain one way they were quick to say let's do it and it couldn't have been more perfect and this was due to the effort they put forth to make it happen!! I would recommend wanderlust for anybody considering a beautiful elopement she takes so many pictures and absolutely loves doing it it's because of them our day was perfect and we will never forget what they did for us I truly love this couple and what they do the sneak peak pictures were amazing and never thought they could get better but when we received the rest just wow we will never be able to pick our favorite they are all just perfect!!

Absolutely! We’re here to guide you with location suggestions for elopements with up to 10 people. If your celebration involves more than 10 guests, We have a few recommended locations to share, but We don't assist in finding spots for small weddings(up to 30 people). It's crucial that locations for small wedding parties are reservable to ensure ample space for your guests. Keep in mind that many "free" outdoor spots typically accommodate only 10-15 people, including us and any vendors. This is why We’ve set the elopement guest limit at 10, unless you secure a reserved area for larger gatherings.

In Tennessee, you'll need a legally ordained person to sign your marriage license. We can take care of that for you if you'd like, or you can bring along an officiant, pastor, or rabbi.
Note: We only handle the signing, not the ceremony itself!

If you're eloping with fewer than 15 people (including both of you), you don't necessarily need to have a location picked out. We’re here to assist you in finding the perfect elopement spot! However, if you're planning on having 20 or more people, it's crucial to find a place that you can reserve or rent for the ceremony. While We can offer suggestions, the responsibility lies with you to choose and secure the location. Keep in mind that certain public or national lands may have restrictions on events with larger guest counts, and some areas may have limitations on accommodating a large number of people simultaneously. We've found that keeping the total under 15 people tends to work just perfect.

The choice is completely yours! You don't have to embark on exhausting hikes for a beautiful setting—there are plenty of fantastic locations that require minimal walking or there is some drivable options. Our priority is your comfort and satisfaction with the chosen location. However, it's worth mentioning that if you're seeking a more intimate and secluded spot, you might need to walk a little bit further or drive a couple extra hours. But trust us it will totally worth it!

Absolutely! You can totally bring your family and friends on your elopement day, and we’d love to help you plan the day in a way that makes the most sense for you.
Note: If you are having more than 20 guests it will be consider as an intimate wedding, We do photograph intimate weddings as well! The only difference is that we don’t assist with location planning, so you’d need to have a venue that can accommodate all your guests. Our coverage for intimate weddings starts at 8 hours. -
